they cant keep in good business , its bad business when you tell customers i dont know when we can fix your truck or waiting time estimate 5-6 hour !
Never coming here again! I came in for an oil change and asked the front desk (lady) to check through the VIN to see which oil was used last time, since my driver had done it previously at Speedco. Instead of helping, the lady at the desk responded with a rude tone and told me “you need to know which oil you did last time.” Very unprofessional and completely unnecessary attitude. Their sign says “Friendly Faces”—but I didn’t see any friendliness here at all.
Stupid mechanics , we are lost 3 hours to change new tires and after that they tell me we are overweight ask the scale ticket and need to unload the trailer
