Shop had 0 trucks in the bays i came in needing codes read at 9pm lady said that's a tomorrow problem and stated they had a few trucks to work on and trash to get.... I understand being busy but with 0 trucks in the bays and I only needed codes read a little bit of compassion or understanding would have been nice I wasn't in need of any timely repairs just 5 or 10 mins everyone was in the office talking in the time it took the next truck to pull in we would have been done

I gave them 2 stars because they are talking nice to customers, otherwise not professional, whenever you go there before waiting in the line for couple hours, make sure they have your parts available in the stock , I spent 4 hours just for oil change, once they started, told me sorry we don’t have water separate filter , after hours told me we don’t have Rotella oil , although she confirmed she has everything available.
