I came here because the shop in Youngstown was backed up. Youngstown would have been faster. They took their time doing the work and gave a low estimate of how long it would take. They also tried to upsell the tire change from one to three tires. Very disappointed.
The service I received at the shop ( speedco ) desk was very disappointing. The employee, Mike, was not professional in his behavior and showed no effort to be welcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and no sense of basic customer service. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the business and need to be addressed
