The worst service ever ! Has been two times for an oil change and both times had issues ! One to one they didn’t shut down the truck and batteries totally dies ! We spent 7 hrs there. The second time they broke bolt pen and couldn’t done an oil change and asked to tow the truck out of the bay !! Do not use their place for any service !!!

place is dumb nobody in line 2 in bays said be 4 to 5 hour wait speed co has turned into a joke used to be fast service but not anymore
Checked in around 8:30 PM for a trailer DOT inspection. Got a call at 4:43 AM to pull into Bay 2. I was the only truck there, but no one came out for 15 minutes. Then I was told my company hadn’t approved the work order. After my company approved it, I confirmed with the shop—but I was still left waiting. I followed up a few times and was told they were “almost ready,” but no one ever showed up at the bay. After nearly 2 hours, they told me to go park and wait for another call.
