Big Mechanic rude. Waited over four hours for a single tire to be changed. Truck in front of me sat in the bay for 2 hours waiting for their company approval and hasn’t even started to be worked on yet. They could have moved him out and got me in and changed my tire by now. Terrible. Can say worst loves shop I’ve ever been to.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’m very disappointed with Love’s Truck Stop tonight. I checked in at 6 PM to fix my truck, and they told me there were two trucks ahead of me. I kept checking every hour. Now it’s 1 AM, and when I tried to check again, no one was there and everything was closed. This is very disappointing, especially because I have an appointment tomorrow. I waited for hours thinking my truck would be fixed tonight. It feels like they don’t care about truck drivers, and they don’t value our time.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. My trailer air valve was leaking, so I went in and was told I’d get a call. waited for two hours and never received a call. When I went to the office to ask what happened, they just dismissed me and told me to bring my truck to garage #2. After another 3 hours of waiting with zero progress, I gave up. They wasted 3 hours of my time, and my trailer still wasn’t touched. I strongly advise other drivers to avoid this shop at all costs—completely unprofessional and a waste ... read more
Service very slow so far it's going on 6 hours The tractor has been in the bay to fix one tire The guy behind the counter Terrell he has no customer service skills he's very rude when he talks to you makes you feel like punching in the face but try to avoid to come here not a good place
