As a truck owner-operator, I’m extremely frustrated with Speedco/Love’s Truck Service. At nearly every location, we wait 6–8 hours for a basic PM service (oil change, diesel filters, and grease). This is a job that should take a tech under an hour — yet the delays are constant and nationwide. Even worse, after waiting hours, I walk into the office and get, “Oh really?
