Worst place to bring your truck for maintenance. The driver checked in at 5:00 PM and was told there were only 2–3 trucks ahead. After waiting until 9:30 PM, we had to ask for an update, only to be told they wouldn’t take the truck until the next morning. No one ever notified us. Terrible communication, poor service, and a complete waste of time. We lost an entire day.

I checked in for trailer maintenance the morning shift let me wait from 10:30 am till 3:40 pm. Then after wasting my time I ‘ve been told that their mechanic has left and they won’t do anything till tomorrow what a mess

You guys need new employees. When I call them they said you can come now. When I came they said we have 2 trucks before you. They got my number to call me. I waited 9 hours, until shop closed. The thing is they didn't work with anyone in 9 hours. It happened yesterday 06.26.2026 I arrived around 2:30 pm.

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and the woman at the front desk was rude and impatient. On top of that, they didn't even grease my truck as requested. I wasted a lot of time and left without the service being completed. I definitely would not recommend this location.
