Love’s cost me 3 days for a doser line hose on a coolant leak issue. Monday night they found the problem, said they needed to order the part from Freightliner. Find out Tuesday , they never did order the part and never informed me, manager Lauren said Vincent never made her aware of the situation and/or the fact that the part was never ordered. The worst service that I ever seen, I want to change tires but it was refused service due to mechanic told me to come inside by backing , I'm wrongly understand but when I want to turn around the manager said with smiling face bye bye... looks like this these guys looking for a reason not to work Sunday.
please do something with shifts switching cuz all the time when we need to wait I get 3 different types information from 3 different people
