Walked into shop 1:25 in the afternoon, three empty bays and the lady says seven people am buying wouldn’t be able to get into get an oil change until at least 7:30 PM

This speedco is trash. The lady checking you in is incompetent and wanted to charge me $700+ for an oil change. That’s the price of 2 oil change. Definitely need better training.

I just changed my battery here ,my truck number is 394,it’s take them to change battery 3,5 hours,last time I changed battery by my self and I did it in 20-25 minutes,they just walk around play in phone talk to each other’s and after charge you extra ,for battery and charge I paid 1106 dollar ,I hope loves management will see this txt and take som action of this kind of work

Staff is highly professional. Friendly, it can get very backed up. They do hustle.
