Been here since 5am, I was the first truck checked in for today. Its now 11am and Im still waiting to get into the shop as they had 2 trucks from yesterday to finish. I have a completely severed air line and a left signal on the trailer that is not working. Their solution is to hand out a business card of a service call tech rather than promote their own business.
The man with the mustache is very rude. He doesn't know how to work with customers. He doesn't want to speak politely. I don't recommend this place. The other employees are very nice. He quoted me different prices. Terrible...
