I came in with a problem with the trailer lights not working. They ran diagnostics and said to replace the socket. I agreed and paid $202. The lights still don't work. A waste of money and time.
A few minutes ago, I had my oil changed at this location, at this shop. Please look at the result. This is absolute madness. Do they seriously not teach mechanics how to perform a basic oil change? I have no idea whether my engine survived or not. I will not leave this as it is — I will contact every relevant authority and file complaints with all appropriate agencies so they are held accountable for this level of negligence and unprofessional behavior.
Got to Speedco at 0940 Sunday morning, the bays are nearly all full. Checked in right away for air leak at the tandem release valve. They came out at 0950 and found that the valve was cracked, They had me ready to roll at 1000. The paperwork took a few minutes. Jacob & Matt are my rock stars! Thank you
