Tried to get oil change on my Freightiner with a Detroit and was told I need to bring my own filters cause the don’t stock many. It’s literally one of the most popular trucks on the road. Would not even bother to check. Funny thing was outside they were advertising help wanted and I had to wait for 5 employees to finish their no work related conversation before the even addressed me. I don’t think volume of employees is the issue the real problem is quality.
