Lazy guys and completely irresponsible. I was waiting for them to change my tire with the spare one that I also had with me. I waited 4 hours before they closed and they didn't even manage to say that they wouldn't be able to change the tire today. I wasted a lot of time because of them.

I've been to a lot of Love's Tire Cares before. I checked in at 7 pm i know they close at 11 pm know problems. Only one person was working at the time and he was working on 3 trucks all the other guys were gone and he had to call every one of them to see where they were. It's 10:11 pm now I only had two trucks ahead of me because I was getting an oil change.
