This nationwide chain is absolutely infuriating! I checked my trailer’s wheel bearings myself with a bottle jack, and there was obvious play and wobble. After waiting five hours, they pulled my truck in, inspected it for less than three minutes, and told me everything was fine. Only after I insisted did they finally admit there was indeed a problem. Their careless, sloppy attitude—pretending nothing is wrong when it clearly is—is infuriating.
While traveling alone, my tire started to come apart and I needed to get the spare tire put on. I went inside and asked if someone could simply put on the spare. I would have gladly paid, but was told we are not allowed to do that, sorry. The guy wasn’t sorry at all. He didn’t even give me an alternative place to go. What if it had been your wife, daughter, or sister ??? Zero concern, zero customer service.
Slow. 2+ hours in bay to simple oil change. the worker who did this job really likes to stand outside and smoke more than work
