Bad experience empty oil bay still waiting 3 hours too enter bay too oil change
Had a horrible experience here. To start with, there was only 1 tech on duty when I arrived for a PM. He was doing a rear suspension airbag on a T680, those usually take an hour. I was there a total for 5 hours 45 minutes. They put the wrong oil in my truck. I requested 10w30 per the oem recommendation. They used 15w40. They did not check driveline fluids. Worst Speedco in America. Stay away. Understaffed and useless. Waste of time stopping here. The Manager, Morgan Alexander is not available after 3 pm on Friday's according to the staff here now. Place needs new staff or close it down.
