Checked in around 09:30 AM for a pm and power steering flush and filter. After checking with the service desk several times throughout the day they finally called at 8:30 PM to inform me that they would not be able to service my truck until tomorrow morning. I was parked right in front of the service bays and it appeared. There wasn’t much going on in the shop all day. I saw a few trucks come and go for tires. The worst place I’ve ever been. Waited for 4hrs even though I called and asked if there is any lane the lady said no we will get to soon and when I asked how long to wait she goes don’t talk to me like that. I think she needs a help from doctor.
