The worst place I’ve ever been. Waited for 4hrs even though I called and asked if there is any lane the lady said no we will get to soon and when I asked how long to wait she goes don’t talk to me like that. I think she needs a help from doctor.

Stopped for help with tires on my dually, employee seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. Then said he could check tires for me, proceeded to go into the shop and then about 5 employees stood around in there talking to each other , pretty sure one was a manager- while I stood by my truck stared at them for 10 min. I just drove off and left. Apparently urgency to take care of customers isn’t something highly regarded by managers here. No one could even say “we will be right with you”???

DO NOT COME HERE FOR WORK Checked in around 10:30 am for a trailer tire. Wasn’t busy, was told there was one or two trucks ahead. It’s currently 4:49 and not one truck has come in or out and I’m still waiting. It’s sad that your whole day gets screwed up because people don’t want to do their jobs
