Wait time is unreal at this place with no trucks in the shop been here since 415am it’s now 1100 still not in shop
Full-time RVers here — we stopped at Speedco after hearing clunking noises. Shane, the service manager, was friendly and efficient. He got us in quickly on a Sunday morning, and the team had us back on the road in no time. Great service!
Called ahead to schedule a simple trailer inspection and the wait time was preposterous. Two open bays, two trucks in the other bays yet never saw anyone actually working on them. They told me it would "be a minute" before they could help me because "he" was doing a radiator. So.... only one mechanic?
As a carrier we had expected better, we asked to change a purge valve due to the faulty codes, and we called ahead and confirmed they had it in stock, it turns out that they did not alter the purge valve but the air dryer, worst of all is that the next day that same truck ran out air and was stuck for 2 days; when we brought it back to our shop, checked and the purge valve needed to be changed, the air dryer that the installed had no gasket, causing an air leak, and because they did not strap in the hose and cables when chan... read more
Closed on a Saturday at 1500. The place was locked up tight. Their work trucks were parked inside.
