Absolutely terrible service. An oil change took 2.5 hours with ZERO line. Staff works painfully slow and clearly doesn’t care. Prices are ridiculously higher than other Speedco locations for the same service. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.
I had a coolant leak and an airbag replaced. I was disappointed when they told me it would be tomorrow, but they kindly started the repairs anyway. I was even able to take a shower while the repairs were being made. Thank you so much to the staff for repairing it in the cold.
We waited 4 hours for a simple oil change that was quoted as 2 hours. They didn’t seem to care about our time at all. Even with an appointment, the process was dragged out even though the shop was available. In the end, we left frustrated without getting anything done. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you’re on a tight schedule.
It's not recommended oil change here very slowly working 🙄
