I was told 3 hours at 6PM last night. It’s now 7AM. All I need is a damn tire. This is the worst speedco I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your time call TA roadside. The bays have been empty since. 7PM last night. Lazy staff and I’ll never be back. I’d leave and go somewhere else if I could.

Very bad service from the mechanics, too lazy, I spent the whole night waiting since 8:00 pm and they called me at 7:00 am the next day just to replace a tire and they are not friendly at all,

TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE with the Sunday morning crew at Speedco. I was in promptly at 7am (when they open) and out the door an hour later. Tech, Dom, identified and repaired a minor brake issue. A lube cap was cleaned and reinstalled, and they performed the P.M. in lickity-split time. The quality of their service this morning changed my views on where I'll be going for future P.M.'s. I don't know what happened to loves, but their customer service is horrible. I had a blowout and was able to pull off hoping they'd help. The shop guys were on their phones and mopping the floors. I go in with roadside on the phone and they say they can't get to it until the morning. So what were they doing so important that they couldn't look at it now?
