I hate leaving a negative review but when you tell someone an hour to an hour and 1/2 wait then call and say it's going to be longer because of a road call that tells me you don't have the necessary man power. I guess they don't have the right know how to manage a shop

Day shift at loves are great. 5 stars to them. Now 3rd shift different story. Went to get fuel. The pump wouldn't read card. No big deal, went inside had to tell the young man 3 times my driver code and even showed him still got it wrong. The man told him w and explained the misunderstanding. Didn't ask if I wanted reefer or def. Just turned fuel on. Didn't ask about the cash advance neither. But when I got in there to get the receipt. And I asked about speedco they told me it was close. I Called and asked them if they had a wait they said they didn't and could get me right in. When I showed up 1 hour later they said it would be a 1 hour wait. I said that's fine. They took my number and told me they would give me a call when ready. I checked back in 2 hours later, they forgot about me and put 2 other trucks in front of me. I waited again. 2 hours later still didn't even get in. In all that time they only changed 3 tires. I ended up leaving and lost a day of revenue. Definitely would not recommend.

Pretty good service battery box with smoking new at least one of the batteries was dead they figured it which one it was give me a price and let me sleep in their fourth bay since there was no parking left and they were going to be closed, 10 out of 10 service

No body’s want work 6 hours for Chang one tire
