Came here at 12pm for a pm oil change they got me in at 2 wait an hour for them to say the oil pan bolt is stripped I asked them to take a photo and email it to my boss they declined said they can only do it with my phone once done they said I’m good to go so I didn’t have to pay anything which I thought was weird because they don’t just give away filters and labor boss told me to come back and ask for the invoice manager says they voided it so they can’t do anything about it till tomorrow and the mechanic left and wasn’t an... read more

Checked in at 10am for abs sensor replacement, the guy told me that they are busy and will call me in 2h, 3h passed by and I went to check what’s going on. Long story short I was told that they been calling me 4times, absolute BS they never called me and they couldn’t provide proof of calling me. THESE GUYS CANT EVEN CALL YOU, I WOUD NOT TRUST THEM WITH REPAIRING MY TRUCK. THANKS FOR WASTING MY WHOLE DAY!
At 1pm checked in for a trailer inspection was told it’s an hour wait. Finally got in the shop at 430pm(3.5hours later). Inspection didn’t start til after 530pm because techs were walking around talking on the phone. Finally done at 645pm - for a trailer inspection which I was told had only an hour wait. Truck was in the bay for 2 hours and 15 minutes… Not because they were doing so much work, but because they were walking around talking the vast majority of the time. Not impressed with these folks, I have been to many Speedco’s in the past 30 years. Unfriendly staff and not professional. Stopped to get a simple grease and oil/filter change. I’m used to being asked what my mileage is and what brand of oil and filters I want, neither question was asked. Not getting a good vibe here.
