Extremely disappointed in the tire shop at this Love’s. I came in for a standard trailer tire installation and was met with unprofessionalism and a complete refusal to do the job. A staff member named Josh refused to install a tire that is clearly in serviceable condition (refer to photos). It felt like a blatant attempt to force a new tire purchase or simply laziness. Either way, it’s a shame to the industry. Management needs to address this immediately.
