Came in for a simple tire rotation on drives and to flip a tire on one of my steers. They said 2-3 hour wait. Ok I'll shower and laundry. I get a call at 4:55pm just 5 minutes short of 3 hours. No issues, spot on. Pulled up to the bay and went inside the shop. It's now 9:15pm and dark outside and guess who's still waiting going on the 5th hour IN SHOP, not waiting time for shop.
