Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. It advertises 24-hour service, but in reality, no work is done before daybreak. I arrived at 1:00 AM, checked in to be one of the first customers, and at 6:45 AM I was told I would be first in line. Yet by 9:00 AM, no one had called me, and the shop appeared to be idle with no technicians working on my truck. This place will do everything they can to not work. We would come here every other week when they first opened for services or greasing the trucks. But lately I have only had 1 time that they didn't have a 3hr wait (no trucks in bays) or shift ending or some other excuse. Also DO NOT try and get a tire balanced here. They will put the rings on or beads in, bu they cannot figure out that balancing machine. I had to YouTube it, just to tell them they are missing parts. Absolutely amazing service! The staff was professional, friendly, and very respectful from the moment I arrived. They took care of my tire quickly and made sure everything was perfect before I left. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. One of the best tire shops I’ve been to — highly recommended!
