After replacing the new tires, the driver noticed that they had installed the inner tires on the outside, the other way around. When I went the next day to ask them to change them, they said wait 4 hours, meaning they don't want to redo it, even though it takes 20 minutes just to swap them. How is this... it's their fault, and we have to suffer. That's how you always need to double-check before you leave.

Very disappointed with the service. They promised to patch my truck tire, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. The mechanic came, looked at the tire, and said he could take me in about an hour — so I waited. After almost two hours, I checked again, and only then they finally accepted me. In total, I lost about 2.5 hours just to be told they couldn’t fix it because I had already used a plug for a small air leak back in Wyoming to make it safely to the shop.
