Yesterday I had the worst experience with this service network. I specifically requested an oil change, replacement of all filters, full greasing of the truck, and to purchase an additional fuel filter. They told me the wait would be 2 to 2.5 hours — in reality, I waited 3 hours while they only did an oil change and tire service for another customer. Okay, fine. The worst service I’ve experienced in the past two years. Three hours waiting in line and four hours for an oil change. Joey is incompetent at his job. The whole truck was smeared with grease and oil — the seat, the steering wheel, and even under the hood were all dirty. Very careless work. If you want to spare your nerves, stay away from this service.
