This one star goes to the lady manager named pam. Ridiculous the a out of time waiting while inside the bay to get started on a tire and Mudflap. Pam attitude towards clients walking in about 6 in the time i was in the office . The manner she speaks and just her attitude is way beyond Customer service. Shake has no busisness being in customer service. Not to mention the foul language they use in front of clients speaking between go workers is absurd. Going on 5 hours just for a tire and Mudflap.
This speedco really really bad place I came for change tire some white girl she told me text about five hour. I said OK and then after 5 hours I didn’t get a call. And I go to ask her how many truck front of me she said4 I said OK and then i come back after 2hours they close bad place
Had a wonderful experience at this Speedco location. Had to bring my Kenworth in for some minor repairs. They quickly got my truck in, and almost immediately found the issue. They were nice and professional at all times. Thank you guys for fixing my truck in a timely manner! I appreciate y’all and if I ever need anymore work done on my truck while in the area - I’ll definitely stop by! Truckers, if yall got an issue with your rig - definitely swing by this location! You won’t be disappointed.
Blow a drive tire and limp my truck to this Speedco. The Morning guy doesn’t know what his doing! I told them I’m the car hauler out side and said they don’t touch them what a joke. Worse place to change a tire!
