Went in there and asked for a oil change, front desk lady said itd be an hour and a half, i wait and go back in and now says it is one more hour, wait another hour and i noticed they pulled another truck in for the same service, so clearly she is skipping people and choosing who she wants to bring in first. Management please do better on who you hire and or how they work.
This place got to be one of the worse shop in America, since yesterday 8:00pm, now is 7:27 am, still waiting, they hit a bunch of people walking around, still got 3 trucks on front of me, the worse place. Truck driver stay away from this horrible place, the lack of consideration it’s out this world. Bad, bad, bad place, once again truck driver stay away from this horrible place.

I came in to have my truck repaired, and I was told the repair would take about two hours. Unfortunately, those two hours turned into six hours of waiting. After keeping me there for six hours, they then told me to come back tomorrow at 7:00 AM. This level of service is extremely disappointing. They do not keep their promises, waste drivers' valuable time, and show very little respect for professional drivers. I hope they improve their customer service and communicate honestly with their customers.his name is chock or Jake
