3 hr wait to get in. 6 hours to get a flat tire fixed. I’m sitting right behind the shop watching these guys and they are doing absolutely nothing. Music blaring and techs out side smoking every 20 min. How come your mobile techs can switch out a tire in 5 minutes? I try not to do that so I don’t put you techs in danger having to do this on the side of the freeway!
I'll start with saying I am local, I came in for a tire. My company has a account. I asked for yall to take pictures to save me some time. And get pre-approval to change tire. I've had that done here multiple times at this location a few years ago. I'll no longer choose yall for my service work. And we'll start going to qt and cefco for our gas fill ups
