Lube bay empty chief clown tells me it's a 2 hour wait he has a pm in front of me in the lube bay. Here 30 minutes Noone is pulling into lube. Denied me service due to an invisible customer that was in the bay. Clown show.

This (manager) Pam is a real price of work. She's very rude how she answers the phone but the worst thing is they way she talks to her employees. Chewing th out in front of customers and other employees. Surprised she still employed here. Is this Loves standard for Managers? If it is o wouldn't recommend anyone working here.. Poor guys working here putting up with her.. Hope corporate takes a look at this and talks to employees working here and get rid of her..
