Went there for the airbag on my trailer told me there is seven trucks ahead of me. I got a call after approximately 2 1/2 hours to come in the bay number three. They changed my trailer airbag in less than 40 minutes. Excellent service very nice mechanics definitely recommending.

Horrible customer service! Chuck is rude mad at the world for no reason type of person! Mad cause I asked him how much longer after waiting 2 hours and he told me originally 1 hour and a half.Trash no customer service experience what so ever! This is second time the first time I let him make it now I’m on him! I really hope corporate get involved business will be lost cause of him!

I was told 2 hours and that I was next in line. Then I had to wait 6 hours before getting pulled inside. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have gone somewhere else.

Great shop and great staff. Jullianna who checked my truck in was new and still learning her roll. But I was impressed with her dedication and hustle to get my truck back on the road quickly. Many thanks and hats off to you for your dedication and performance.
