Came here to Loves truck stop at 23:00 yesterday (2241 Fair Rd, Sidney, OH 45365 )to change tire. Next day ,at noon they Instead of charging the tire pup my hood and start to pull out my filers . This place has som serious issues with customer service , they make simple things overcomplicated which drains your time and money accordingly. Drivers! Please go to different place to get some job done.
Came in around 600 pm for an oil change. They close at 11. Employees were there. No trucks in the shop. Was told that there was no tech that could do an oil change until the morning. Thinis my third such experience trying to get simple maintenance done at Love's. Will not be back.
