I checked in at 5 PM, and it’s 9:30 PM now. I waited all this time, and then they called me and told me to come into the truck tire section. I came over and checked in, and now they’re telling me, like they’re joking with me, that all their employees are out on the road and they won’t be able to change it until tomorrow morning
The staff at this location is100% incompetent. Not capable of completing The simplest of services. Take your money elsewhere.
They never called me back for oil change ! Very unprofesional
