Call and confirmed an oil change. Drove 4hrs to get there. I arrived at 7pm. Employees decided to shut down and clean the shop instead work the rest of the night. What a joke!!
Very bad experience. I suggest no come here because they wast your time . I am here waiting till 3 hours then I talk with guy he said I don’t know for more waiting.
Does Loves literally hire the bottom of the barrel for their shops? Any of their shops I’ve been to will take a half a day to do a simple tire patch. They’ll walk around and do nothing for hours. Commercial tires puts Loves to shame. Im in and out in 15 minutes from Commercial tires. I will avoid Loves shop from now on.
