Does Loves literally hire the bottom of the barrel for their shops? Any of their shops I’ve been to will take a half a day to do a simple tire patch. They’ll walk around and do nothing for hours. Commercial tires puts Loves to shame. Im in and out in 15 minutes from Commercial tires. I will avoid Loves shop from now on.
Our truck stopped for a regular PM at this store and ended up towed away at the owner expenses due to totally unqualified mechanics working on site at this location! The second shop was able to start the truck in couple minutes while Loves advised to replace to fuel pump! Manager of the shop Josh is disrespectful and rude, not willing to cooperate and refused to provide any details. He tried to skip all the details on the invoice and scam us in fact!
Just like every other speedco and loves shops their mechanics know nothing about trucks. We had a truck show up there with lighting issues they said there was nothing wrong with the truck and that all fuses were good. Truck showed up at our shop with no lights what’s so ever. F27 fuse missing from light control module 3. Had to retrace everything loves speedco claimed they did. They didn’t check fuses they didn’t check wiring harness. If truck didn’t have running lights or no lights at all, then how do u claim everyone check... read more
