Well you answerd my review, how about putting the points on my rewards. 3 tires and a pm service??????????????????????? Rolled in here for a pm service, some trailer tires, and a flat repair on another trailer tire. When they greased the truck they pretended to grease the upper u joint on the steering shaft and just moved on. I called them on it and the tech said we'll you need to turn the steering wheel for that one. Ummm OK so let's turn the wheel. Very bad shop wait time is long changed 2 tires on trailer and 2 steer tires took us all day. My driver checked in at 8:45am got inside the shop at 12pm he got out at 9:20pm. How can you explain a truck in a bay for just tire Changing for over that long. That’s ridiculous we had to cancel our next load. I Don’t recommend even for easy fix
So far I’m 2nd truck waiting to get a tire replaced arrived at 7:30 open at 8. Now 10. They haven’t even started on the first truck a lot of walking around
I have not experience such a good service in a very long time Mecanic(Cico)that work on my truck 10 stars
