Stop at your store on 11/26 , took my 2020 Wester Star , for a PM lube 1st : I requested full synthetic oil , after you have drain it out , you came and toll us you didn’t have it available and since it was already drain you had to put the blend synthetic, that is that what the manufacture Recomended for my engine . 2nd: they prime the pump to start the engine again and they left the pump untied . So that cause the fuel to come out from that pump . 3rd: you also did not have the air filter available . Very disappointing ... read more

I purchased less than $25.00 of gas at the pump using a popular credit card...but was hit with a pending charge of $175.00! There was no notice that that was policy at the pump, by the way. So, I talked with Derek, the manager. Derek told me that the charge is levied by the credit card company, but it absolutely is not; it is levied by Love's.
