Rolled in tonight no one in a nay no trucks in the building at all at 9 pm. Guy came out asked what I needed an I replied a grease job just on the tractor just a simple grease job. Well we can’t do it tonight corporate is up my rear about over time and we will have to do it in the morning. 🤬🤯 it’s 15-20 job you close at 10 it’s 9. Nope can’t do it.
Great service! I pulled my tractor trailer in the morning after Fern hit and they were about to get me squared away. Was worried there might not be any techs available, but they pushed through the storm and were still ready to help out customers. Thank you all!
