Slow service. The lady in the front office is rude. They actually wrote about me in their repair notes. Very unprofessional.
Professional and helpful. Update 11/11/2025 Been a long time since I've been here. Sure has changed. NOT for the better. I do NOT think I will spend my money at this location again. They don't care either. They'll send some auto reply saying please call.
Students will training change oil on your truck without any notices from management. You will spend twice more time for service, then can loose all oil on the way. No go to this location, drive forward and change oil at another place
I sat at this place for 3 hours before they got to me. Then a driver comes right up and get right in. I get into a altercation with the service writer and 18 miles down the road my truck breaks down. Axle came apart. But I just drove from Orlando to the Speedco. I will make a complaint about this.
