Called ahead to see if the had the parts for my PM, mechanic said yes. Drove an hour to get PM here and mechanic says they don't have one of the filters I need.
Avoid this place. March 13 2026 The service is bad 3 mechanics 1 on road calls and one of the 2 has to work the front desk as he work. I was the 2nd person here when they opened just for a trailer tired change the put 5 trucks ahead of me. Loves this is very sad just hire more people I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Just to mention i was here from 4:30am and the put 4 trucks ahead of me and its now 8:03am

I brought my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia to this Speedco at Love’s in Kenly, NC for routine preventive maintenance (oil change and fuel filter). The truck arrived running normally and was driven into the shop with no issues. Immediately after the PM service was completed, the truck would not start and became disabled inside the shop.
