Absolutely terrible service. I do NOT recommend this place. I arrived first and was the first truck waiting at the door, but I ended up waiting 3 hours and 52 minutes just for a simple oil change. During that time, two trucks that arrived after me were taken in before mine because, as I was told, they had mechanical problems. When they finally started working on my truck, the mechanic didn’t even remove the oil fill cap, so the oil drained very slowly. Came in today seen the line was long and a couple guys working, one of the guys that comes and checks us in works in the front his names Michael he’s very professional and speaks to us with respect he listens to what we need done, he was honest about the wait time and everything. I’ve had bad experiences before but Michael changed that view from now on if Michael’s working I will be coming back: I needed some tires replaced and he helped me find a affordable good tire.
