I arrived on 07/26/2025 at 3 PM, checked in, and asked them to replace a tire. They took my keys, and I waited inside my truck for 3 hours. At 5:50 PM, they gave my keys back and said, “We’re closing in 10 minutes — come back in the morning.” I was shocked. They had my truck the whole time, and after all that waiting, nothing was done. Very disappointing.

When I come I asked guy I need balance my tires he said 40 minutes wait i said sounds good 2 hours and 15 min past nobody still come when I went inside guys I’m late I have pick up they said just go and wait don’t come here
