Been here a couple of times and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Had a DOT inspection and oil change. Very reasonable pricing and the guys that work there actually seem to enjoy their job. Which is not common these days. So whoever does the hiring here..you are awesome. And to the guys out there working with a great attitude, just know it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Service Manager (I believe he is the service manager) Michael is the best! He is polite and respectful when answering the phone. I told him we will be there in an hour to get an oil change done, we got there within the hour and he got right up and worked on my truck. No nonsense, his Phenomenal customer service is impeccable. I will definitely make this my go to shop in North Carolina!
