I probably shouldn't do this as I don't want Bill to get any busier, but in my 30 years experience of working with Ferrari mechanics across the world, Bill is one of those rare finds, a master surgeon, very detail oriented, analytical, and incredibly talented. No wonder he fine tunes some of the best Lemans race cars and historic classics for high end clients. Waiting to get my car back a little longer than anticipated was well worth it, Bill and Teresa have a great operation there in Osteen.
