PLEASE READ! I’ve been going to this location for a year and always trusted the service—until today. I had a truly awful experience with a waxer who damaged my brows and admitted she had only been training for a month. Nowhere was it made clear that she was still in training, and yet I was charged full price just like with the experienced estheticians. This was my first time at Speed Wax Studio and definitely won’t be my last. Y’all need to book with Ambure she is AMAZING & the service there is expedient. I never knew getting a Brazilian can be this fast. I used to go to different places and it could take longer than 45mins+. However, at Speed Wax Studio it’s like 7-10 minutes & you’re done.
