I have no idea how this place has these many positive reviews but lesson learned for me as I was fooled. First of all, you are charged the full service + tip up front. I made my appointment 4 days ago for 1pm and arrived at 12:52pm to a beauty salon with no CLEAR sign of the actual “wax studio.” I called because I thought I had arrived at the wrong place. Had my first experience here on Friday and I will definitely be returning. My waxer was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
Amber is awesome! She makes good conversation to distract you from what's happening and keeps you updated on how much longer it will be. I will definitely continue to come back. Love her!
