Honestly best wax experience ive had, and have had quite a few. Adaija was an absolute light - she made me feel immediately comfortable and had the perfect balance of being timely and a quality waxer. I know they are known for speed waxing but i truly appreciated the time she took to make sure it was quality and every last hair was gone! I have no idea how this place has these many positive reviews but lesson learned for me as I was fooled. First of all, you are charged the full service + tip up front. I made my appointment 4 days ago for 1pm and arrived at 12:52pm to a beauty salon with no CLEAR sign of the actual “wax studio.” I called because I thought I had arrived at the wrong place.
