I have been calling and emailing to cancel membership. No one answers the phone, call back or respond to emails. I WANT MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED! I used this car wash once in June. I have not used it in July so they’re getting free money. It shouldn’t be this hard to get in touch with a company to cancel a membership.

On June 4, 2026, at approximately 4:35 p.m., my 2017 Chevrolet Impala sustained damage to the driver’s-side mirror turn signal/light assembly while going through the car wash. The car wash attendant directed my vehicle into the wash but failed to fold in the side mirrors before the wash cycle began.
