I can’t recommend Richard at Speed Training and his physio Rakesh highly enough. I’d been dealing with back problems for over a year, and Rakesh managed to identify and fix the issue in just one assessment session, which was unbelievable after struggling for so long. Speed Training is amazing! The facility is clean, professional, and you feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. In a short amount of time, my boys have already seen great improvements, especially in their running form. Having physio and massage therapy available in the same location is an added bonus and a great asset. I highly recommend visiting Speed Training.

My daughter dislocated her knee in October of 2024, and an orthopedic surgeon told my 10 year old she would never play soccer again. We brought her to Rakesh at speed training, and over a year of rehabbing and rebuilding her knee, she just played in her first competitive soccer game and did great. I am so thankful for the staff at speed training for helping my daughters dream continue and for helping my son become one of the fastest u14 defenders. Keep up the great work.
