Three months ago, I came to Speed Training Lab with one goal: to reach Shuttle Run Level 7. I started at Level 3.5 and honestly thought it would take me at least six or seven months. My daughter who is 12 and plays volleyball had some issues with her knee and her coach recommended physiotherapy. We found Speed Traning Lab and had a consultation with Rakesh. He was AMAZING! He was kind, welcoming, made her feel comfortable, listened to her concerns and addressed all of her questions. He even sent over some helpful exercises she did at home.
