It was determined they gave me a unit that was most likely incompatible and they may have something else down the track. It was agreed to return the unit for a full refund. Richard and the team dealt with a complicated Head unit upgrade on a BMW 2013 and 2015. This required some trouble shooting and persistence. Not only are they great at what they do but importantly they are hard working and solution focused when things need more time to solve. Highly recommended
