I had a crappy experience at Speed Shop on Ledo twice. This last time was the last straw. I placed an order November 28, 2018 in the store for a plain back tag with "Jesus" written in white and a faded cross in the background. The guy wrote everything down and I paid for it Wednesday. I called this morning Dec. 5,2018 and they had NO records of my order so the lady took it over the phone and she said she would try to have it ready today.
