Bought a bike back in March to commute everyday with. Went in twice, and shopped with two different staff members and had a great experience; both staff were knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with me, and I felt 0 pressure to buy both times. Honestly, best business I know. Quality products with incredible, super friendly and honest service. They just want you to enjoy cycling. You want this as your bike shop.
Brought in a family members bike. It just needs the annoying brakes fixed, and we payed for it to be fixed, but now it's more annoying than it was when we brought it in. It seems like such a minor simple problem. Upon pickup they said " you get what you pay for ". Very disappointed.
Always a good experience for maintenance and repairs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
