I had such a wonderful customer service experience with Maxine! I placed an order all the way from BC because they had exactly what I was looking for, and Maxine was in touch with me regarding shipment status and making sure the color choice was what I wanted with the extra wait time for it. She was even more fabulous in helping me out when a product wasn’t the correct size. Good customer service is hard to find. I wish this store was closer to me. I would be a frequent flyer.! Very happy customer!
I’ve had an excellent experience with Speed River, thanks to Tim’s outstanding service. In 2017, I visited Tim for a bike fit due to an injury that prevented me from riding. Unfortunately, the injury was more serious than anticipated, and I had to sell my road bike. In 2022, I reached out to Tim via email for advice on a used Trek Domane on Marketplace I was considering to see if I could get back into cycling. Knowledge, friendly, helpful. Helped me find the correct tube and tire for my bike. Helped me troubleshoot when I had some issues. Highly recommend!
Such a helpful welcoming team. Love them! They are professional, fair and knowledgeable. I recently got back into cycling and bought some vintage bikes. The SRB service team have helped tremendously in fixing them up, communicating how I can wrench a bit myself and are on the ball with communication in general. Not enough good things to say. A cornerstone in the Guelph cycle community.
