We purchased a stage1 Focus RS engine from them during one of their special discount promos. In our case we opted for a new upgraded TS Block and RS head. Unfortunately we suffered a block failure during the final stages of the break in period. This failure was not due to any build or installation problems (I installed the engine and am a licence automotive tech in Canada), but was a casting failure of the new Ford block. The forged piston rods ended up being back ordered when I placed my order, (they didn't know that originally) however they told me about it almost right away, and they offered me other forged options but I wanted what I wanted. Then while waiting they shipped just the oversized pistons for free so I could get my block to the machine shop to get it bored out while waiting for the rods. And they'd done everything they could on their end to get me going! Absolutely great customer service I will definitely be ordering from here ... read more
Purchased a Turbosmart for my Ford Focus ST and USPS didnt have any scans for the package. I contacted SP63 and they got right on it. Turns out USPS had it misplaced or something. SP63 was about to send me a new one all while they communicated with USPS, when USPS delivered it. Thank you SP63 for all of the communication and helping me receive the part. Definitely going to keep buying from them.
