The owner who is an older gentleman, said my vehicle wouldn’t smog beside one code; The engine light never came on; He refused to refund the money which now he has to be taken a small claims; My vehicle pass smog at a different location; If you look at the reviews, this person will deny you ask for more money and then state to come back.
