Overall the service we received was fair. Anita was very responsive to all of my questions and was able to get us scheduled within 1 business day, which was great. The quote we received from this team was also much more competitive than an original quote we got from a larger, more reputable group. The actual duct cleaning itself wasn't great. I love the way my carpet looks I have a three bedroom but the living room and kids room was the worst he did a great job I wil highly recommend
