Nothing personal with the owner Nate. He is actually good. But I feel that I started getting sub-standard customer service from his employee as time went along with each return. It all started when I went in for an oil change. I picked up my car and got a call that they forgot to put my car registration back in after getting some info (why? don't know and it happened another time too). So I had to return to pick it up.
