Speedheat have been difficult to deal with. Their after sales service is appalling. They wanted $245 for a call out and $604 for travel - just to have a look at our under floor heating to assess why it is not working. We are not in NSW!! We are one hour out of Melbourne half way to Ballarat. Not acceptable. I certainly would not recommend them.
Avoid Speedheat. My bathroom system failed after just 1 year. They kept demanding upfront payments just to “check” the issue, but never fixed it. My own electrician confirmed it was a faulty connection from their installation — and Speedheat even admitted this is a common problem. Yet they refused to take responsibility or refund anything. Poor product, worse customer service.

Great local heated flooring company! Excellent service & communication. Very affordable. Our bathrooms are now so cosy & warm on those cold Melbourne Winter mornings!
