The worst experience go karting. They do not enforce the rules and the manager has no conflict resolution or customer service. He was blatantly rude and laughed as we expressed our concerns.
I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 Star Review! I cannot emphasize enough how awful our experience was!!! I would NEVER go here again & I wish I had read the LONG LIST of awful reviews before stepping foot in the building. One individual in our group was RAMMED into a wall by some kid (who the staff admitted to having problems with each time he's there to race), but after the other racer hit her, SHE was kicked off the track after around 2 minutes of the race for hitting the wall. Not a great experience. I paid $40 to race for not even 2 minutes. There was an individual on the track who was driving recklessly. The person in front of me had kart issues so I pulled to the side to go around. I was trying not to be a hazard for the other drivers. The individual came around the corner, side swiped me and I lost control and went flying into the barrier. I tried to hit my brake and cut my wheel, but the kart was going too fast. Fun date night. There's some very serious drivers they let get on the track with people doing it for fun. That isn't a good combination. Wish he'd wrecked (not hurt, just wipped out) lol
