I bought an exhaust and wheels/tires from speedfactor. Best customer service I’ve ever recieved. Nick went above and beyond. I think we had an email chain consisting of over 300 emails over the course of my purchase, and Nick answered every single question/concern I had with precise information and recommendations and sent me quotes without hesitation. I was recommended Speed Factor by a friend and I have to say that I'm beyond impressed with the level of service. I reached out to Nick with what the dealership had recommended to me for winter tires. Nick gave me a quote on what I'd asked for, as well as an alternative product.
