Horrible! I had a reservation for an auto transport trailer and no one was there. No one answered the phone for the business. Multiple people came to get a uhaul truck and left after a while. One family that also had a reservation had gotten dropped off so they were stuck. Uhaul finally tracked down someone that initially said the guy just left. I was never late on my payment and Terrence came to get the car to take it to the shop and they decided not to rent to me any more they owe me for 2 days and the car was junk. Worst carlot ever!! They are also prejudice, I will be sueing as soon as possible!
