I’ve been a client for the past 10 years and very happy with their service. But they’re still working on lockdown hours. The schedule posted on the website is not up to date, saying they are open until 7pm. They are closing before 3pm Monday through Friday. I’ll have to look for an alternative.
I was very disappointed with the service at this Dry cleaner. For a place that’s called Speed Cleaners I was a little shocked that I was told my Comforter would take a week after I already paid 35 dollars ahead of time. I then came to pick it up the day my ticket said it would be ready and was told it was at the other store and wasn’t ready. I've used it a few times, very convenient. I had a suit cleaned and asked that one pant leg be hemmed-they wanted $5 which I thought was ok and reasonable. I got suit back cleaned but when I put on to wear to a meeting the hem was not done-although I paid for it. Called them and explained, they seemed nice enough about. Said I should bring in my my ticket which I don't have anymore? Hopefully it's in their PC system.
