This man was an angel! My husband an I were on our way back from Florida after visiting my moms gravesite in the pigeon forge area of tn. On the way back home my coolant hose busted and my engine was overheating and I had zero coolant left. We called him and my husband is pretty handy so they discussed what the issues could be. Jamie was very knowledgeable and the communication was extraordinary. I have a car where most parts are discontinued. He work with me on finding the part I needed. Ended up finding it after a two week search in the attic of someone in Iowa. I think it was the very last part in America and it was brand new. Very very reasonable in price and I as a former mechanic, he was honest and didn’t blow smoke up my butt or try to sell something I didn’t need.
