This experience has turned out horribly and I would not recommend anyone use this dealership at all. Rossen told us if we experienced an issue to let them know and they would rectify it, this did not happen at all. My sons (aged 3 and 5) and I spent 4 hours stranded on the 403 in the middle of the night in a terrifying incident, as the vehicle would not shift into gear and kept dying. My sons and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Esther and Rossen! They were very communicative throughout our purchase process and really took the time and care to ensure our vehicle had everything it needed for our pick up! Not to mention, they worked quickly to have our vehicle ready knowing we needed it fast! Their care and professionalism were top notch!
